This notice covers the public website and the contact form. The private operations console has its own authenticated users and audit log.

What we collect on this site

If you submit the contact form we store your name, email, optional company, topic, message, time, IP address, and user agent so we can reply and limit abuse. We do not sell this information.

Cookies

The public pages use a CSRF cookie required to submit the form. Signing into the console uses a session cookie for authentication.

Client estates

We do not publish customer names, database inventories, backup sizes, or health on this website. Those records exist only in the authenticated operations console for people with an issued role.
